Re: Modern Warfare 3
So i was reading the features in MW3 pay2play system, and couldn't believe i actually reached the end of that list. Wasn't 90% of that stuff in Halo 2? You know, for FREE?

Re: Modern Warfare 3
It's not a pay 2 play system
It's a webpage with premium membership. Essentially it to sucker you in to that so you can get the maps packs earlier and in one place, and get access to some other stuff like tournaments to win prizes that you'll never win and theatre stuff you'll never use. The free stuff is the B.net type stuff from what I've heard.
Think of it as an expanded version of Bungie Pro. Because you know that was such a success.

Re: Modern Warfare 3
In MW1 all the Americans die from a nuke except Griggs, who is shot in the face, and the SAS take down Zakhaev. In MW2, an American is behind the war and the only thing they do right is holding out in DC. Really, it seems like the US can't really do much right, and the British are the ones to fix everything.

not to mention you can't have 'fucking AMAZING' scenes outside the whitehouse if the americans don't start losing. ntm it makes the threat feel more personal.

Re: Modern Warfare 3
Why not, Maybe if you figure out an early way to break the game it will force them to pay more attention to balance, although thats a slim chance.

And when they ask your opinion after the beta, tell them you never got to see any of the new features. When they tell you about the features, ask them what the Elite version brings.
ie tell them Elite doesn't actually do anything.

That's pretty epic, though the tickets should easily be more like 300$ a pop. I might buy one just to sell it at a higher price, haha.
