A 2 year old game isn't going to sell out 2 years later. Common sense.
IF you're talking about Mass Effect 2 then you pre-order it instead of being one of the dumbasses that thinks they can get a widely-anticipated game when it comes out.

And it won't be anticipated enough to be sold out store wide, and I can promise you that.
Your right Gauz, a sequel to game that's won all that recognition is not going to be widely sold out or even anticipated[/sarcasm]Wikipedia wrote:Mass Effect's showing at E3 2006 was well received and resulted in the game winning several awards during the expo, including the Game Critics Awards' Best Role-Playing Game.[86] One of the most recent and arguably more significant awards the game has been awarded the #1 spot on IGN's list of "The Top 25 Xbox 360 games.[87]
Following its release, Mass Effect received numerous awards. During the Spike TV Awards, the game won "Best RPG."[88] GameTrailers awarded the game "Best RPG" and "Best New Game Franchise."[89] During its Reader's Choice Awards, TeamXbox gave the game awards for "Best RPG" and "Best Story," as well as its "Game of the Year" award.[90] GameSpot gave the game "Best Voice Acting" and "Best Original Music."[91] IGN awarded the game "Best RPG," "Best Original Score," and "Best Story."[92] The New York Times recognized Mass Effect as its "Game Of The Year."[93] A complete list of awards can be found at the game's official website.[94]
I can also guarantee you that there's never been a game that's sold out in EVERY store in the nation.

For me? There are two games coming out in the next month that I have to choose between. BioShock 2 and Aliens vs Predator. I'm going to buy both eventually but I need to decide which to get Day 1.

If all the stores near you have any game completely sold out, then the managers are idiots.Gauz wrote:Gold, it will not be completely sold out at all stores near me, there is no rush to get it.

Re: Mass Effect 2
Nintendo is awesome at marketing, they managed to successfully keep the demand high and supply low and the price stayed the same for.... I didn't count but you get the idea...
And gold, I have seen games sold out at a couple store's before. If the comment about them being idiots was an insult or something, I don't know them soo....

That's it. I'm working at a gaming magazine, since they're getting advanced copies of games....Fucking assholes.
Edit: On another note, GOD DAMN MY LACK OF MONEY ATM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edit Edit: If we get Legion to fight with us, this will offically be the most badass game ever created.
Last edit: I think they're going with the GoW approach to health.
