F.E.A.R. 2 Project Origin - Feb. 10th

Evil dead bitch is back for round 2 and I CANT WAIT! This FEAR actually looks awesome. The first two games were good (from a horror perspective) but the graphics could have used some major work....since I was playing the console version lol.

So who else is planning on buying this? What kind of expectations do you have for it?

I want this.




Fucking love horror, scary little girls, and crazy shit on the screen while in the game.

This has an abudance of all of that plus much much more.

Is fear actually scary? I'm looking for a game that ACTUALLY freaks me out.

I'm all out of cash (buying mirror's edge) so I won't be getting this on release. I'm not sure if I'll get it at all...

I wish. It used to be that PC games had demos, but it seams that the idea has faded. It could be that they know that anyone who is unsure about at game will likely just pirate it anyway (looking at the piece of trash in this thread.)

This seems a good moment to plug the godliness of Valve. They put out a demo for Left 4 Dead.

right they did and so did a few other game companies coming out with new games including pandemic *if your talking about games in general then yes but just pc games well then your right*

Yes, but you can rent the console version.

I don't play a whole lot of PC games.
I have sort of a history of bad, overloaded, or sometimes just old computers.
I don't think I've really ever had an actual gaming computer,(well, I'm not sure about the one in the basement, but that one doesn't work right).

That's a shocker. I'll definitely check it out, but I won't be able to buy it until I manage to get some more money. Though mirror's edge STILL isn't on steam...
