Okay then...

I want my body to be cybernetically enhanced body. It works through a series of mechanical implants with wires, techno-organic tissue, and such. It is laced to the users nervous system. It does the following:

Enhances users reflex/reaction speed to a largley increased level
Techno-organic sells render user immune to most sickness, dieseas, illness, and harmful cells.
A databoard that is in the users body is connected to the internet, civilian internet, and private military internet databases. This databoard is hooked diretly to your brain, and can also increase thought proccesing to a speed that of a super-computer.
It can release series of electric pulses that can inhance muscular preformance to twice that of a normal human standard.
Techno-organic skin has improved the tissue to become almost invulnerable to small caliber firearms. Grants a new increased resistance to heat and cold. Hard to rip, tear, and cut.
It improves the users speed to 2.5 times that of a normal human.
Electro-magnetic pulse detector can detec magnetic pulses from any source for a shot distance, this includes electric pulses produced by the human brain. This basically gives the user short warning of near by enemies.
Techno-organic cells in the users body can increase healing 5 times that of normal humans. Electric pulses can also up the healing process by 'fastforwarding' it. (details?)
Bone structure has been laced with a military metallic alloy. It reinforces the users entire bonestructure, less broken bones, and body can now withstand falls from high places.
Bionic eyes have replaced the users real eyes, gives users a user-friendly interface that can be controlled through thought alone. This also allows the user 'special' abilities when activated, such as the ability to see through dense materials, that would otherwise not allow you to look through. Magnification, the user can magnify to a certain distance. Scanning, this allows the user to scan the genetic patterns of a being. Gives friend-or-foe tageting system, there is no possobility of friendly fire, and a laser sight can be beamed through eye.

Because you probably won't allow me to have this without its negatives, here are the negatives...

Due to frequent use of electro-magnetic pulses, there is a process of muscle necrosis that happens with every use of the 'special' features of the wired enhancement.
Release of electro-magnetic pulses also kills cells that become overloaded with electricity.
Being wired will start to take effect on the users mental health, the user begins to become progressivley less 'human' with each use, deteroration in personality is a common effet. Judgement will be severily hampered when in 'enhanced' state of reflexes.
Because the PMC (Private Military Corporation) that created this wanted control, they can take direct control over the user. The person that is operating the controls can take direct control of all bodily systems through a computer. The software that does this is highly complex, and has to be run on a computer that has extreme computer processing ability, not a civilian grade labtop. The operator can also, kill the user, through means of the techno-organic cells, or electric overload. To do take control over the user, you need a compatible computer (see above), the software (kept guarded by A.I. in supercomputer at the PMC's secret facility), and the activation code for the user. Activation codes are only know to the user, and the PMC's supercomputer. The supercomputer has a A.I. that guards the activation codes.

Could I have Speed Augmentations?

you know....

*Enhanced reflexes
*4 times as much Stamina as a well fit person
*4 times faster than the average well fit track runner
*and enhanced Vision

The side effects are....
*I am only able to to carry 4 weapons (not including blades and knifes
*I am only able to wear light armor and or clothing

Why Fight when you Can run Very Happy

(oh and im sorry if i borrowed any of these ideas from you Gauz, but i was honestley contemplating on speed augmentations for a while now)

Wow...you've really thought about this, haven't you? But uh, I think that's a bit too much. Alot bit too much. But you can have all the augs that the Spartan II's have.
