the APC just has heavy armor 1 turret (3 max) and reinforced tires

oh and why cant i have a radio? i promise i wont dissassemble it or anything

i wont change the radio is that what youre thinking

and for a map i could care less (as long as it isnt extreamly small and [like the space ship one])

Essentially, just what I said.

Have City, Forest, Arctic, and Desert enviornments, and a Wasteland to fill in the exta space.

Qwertyopolis, Rotrebello Forest, Ras'quire'laskar Tundra, and Ninja Theroy Desert, and a Wasteland.

You notice I said "depends" to both your APC and civs transport (which btw he should name) and raptor? That mean that you may you may not have it depending on the map. In the cases where you do have the APC, you can have the fridge and bed.

I kinda think we need to expand it to more than just 1 city (just a thought) maybe have 1 main city and a few small towns around like 2 or three give it a little imagination

I would also like a G.E.C.K. or some sort of survival encampment

@ grz: Oh, you mean an infinte amount of grenades. You should have said that. Approved (technicaly, grenades are weapons, and all weapons have infinite ammo).
