I think it was on par the the original. The first section was like, a showcase of how Pixar had advanced technically, while simultaneously alluding to the opening of Toy Story 1.

Plus, all the directed humor was great, half the theater would laugh at one joke, the other half the next!

Toy Story was a great memory from my childhood, as was Toy Story 2 (Seriously, I love that movie, why that hate?)

This is the only kids movie I'd actually drop my bitter cynism and watch.

Honestly, I knew it was going to be good the second I heard a third was being made. The first thing I made sure of was the voice actors. If you change the voice actors, the movie will be a POS. Just look at Aladin 2 when Robin Williams didn't come back as Genie. It was shitty without his voice. And Disney learned and brought him back in the thrid Aladin, which of course was very good. But I was very impressed. It brought back many memories of the first and second (IE: the very beginning). I was like, "Oh...that's from the first one lol".

I don't like how Buzz and Jessie just SUDDENLY fell in love. Sure you saw it coming in the second one but it was too fast for my tastes. But, hey...I think the homicidal stuffed bear and the extreamly flamboyant Ken doll was nearly enough to scare me lol

Other than that...I would buy it not to complete the series, but to have so if my mom and I want a movie day, there's three movies we can knock off in a night. Lol

I think the Buzz and Jessie thing was odd as well... I couldn't STOP thinking it for the later half of the movie. At the end of Toy Story 2, Buzz was a bit kerfuffled (awesome word) when talking with Jessie, but it appeared that he was merely girl-shy, not love-struck. Knowing Disney, a love-struck appearance would have been played up MUCH more. Besides, the end of Toy Story 2 didn't allude to a third installment, so I doubt they ever had any plans to couple the two anyways.

They just kinda popped this in half-way through the movie - probably just to throw the audience for a loop - but it didn't feel right. Although predictable, it is satisfying to see the cowboy and cowgirl together as part of the happy ending. It didn't sit right in my stomach.

it was pretty darn epic...thats about it....basically everyone needs to watch this film, if your young or old, because it is brilliant.
