Water
Gasoline (Lax's has also been used up on the freezers) - and therefore electricity.

You haven't installed the solar panels.

And your gasoline was used to power the freezers. Don't try to argue you wouldn't let them do that, if they hadn't you would have starved.

take all the construction points you want...i dont think it would be more than 20...

and if the ppl in The Colony can hook up solar pannels with just wire than i think i can without many electric points or the Solar Pannel Ability...

The solar panel ability is to attach them to the mains. You can attach them to batteries fine.

10 construction points.

But they would not let you waltz around outside of quarantine. Either your in quarantine, or your being kicked outside. So you can only attach them if somebody gives you the go ahead.
