But, i didnt say bieng good at the game has anyhing to do with writing. Someone else jsut stared saying im bad at the game and i was defending my self.

I Want to Write a HALO Novel
You wouldn’t believe how many emails I get every week from people asking how to get their own HALO novel (or one they plan to write) published.

Usually I carefully explain the facts and let them down easy, but this time a young man has sent me emails—with increasing tones of desperation—with a return email address that my bounces my replies. So I’ll explain it here, and hopefully he will see this (or at least, I can point future queries to this post (despite the fact it’s already in my FAQ)).

I hate FJ so fucking much...

Part II: The Ring of Fire.

You all know this one. It has plagued 360 owners for years. I am of course talking about the infamous red ring of death.

Now I’m on my fourth 360. The first two red ringed and the third has the E74 error. This just brings my piss to a boil. I’ve been playing on these consoles since 2005, and still, 4 years later, it’s a common problem. WHY?!

I have a N64, which still works.

I played my PS2 to death since we got it nearly a decade ago, and even now it still works, not as well as it used to, but it still does what it’s supposed to.

Hell even its predecessor works just as well as it did the day I got it.

So how come, this console that is supposed to be the pinnacle of modern technology keeps breaking down every 6 months?

I could understand the first break down, it was very hot summer and it overheated. No problem, it was in warranty and I got it fixed. The second died about a year or so later. So I bought another one.

Now this third 360 pisses me off the most. As technically it still works, at the peril of your games. The disc reader has decided to make a habit of leaving laser burns on my discs, making some of them unplayable. I had to install every new game to my hard drive, and even then it just loved to freeze and crash on me.

Luckily I got one of my older ones replaced and I’m using that. My sister also has a 360 and that recently red ringed.

This is bullshit. WHY DIDN’T YOU TEST THIS BEFORE YOU RELEASED THE FUCKING CONSOLE!

Microsoft rushed the production of the 360 so it could be the first next gen console on the market, and it cost them dearly as even now they are selling faulty consoles to unsuspecting customers. I know they have tried to replace the faulty hardware with more reliable ones in their latest consoles, but seriously, I’ve heard of Elites getting it, Arcades getting it, and newer consoles getting it. If you want the problem done the solution is very simple.

STOP SELLING THE CONSOLES WITH THE FAULTY HARDWARE IN THEM!

Recall all the suspected consoles, and only sell ones with the new hardware inside them which won’t red ring.

But Microsoft won’t do this because that would cost money and they’d rather just take you’re broken one and give you a replacement, or make you pay for another, as it’s more money for them.

I would of shafted them years ago, but they have the best line up in my opinion and have the people and the games I want to play with.

Unfortunately I doubt this problem will go away and it’s an inevitability that my 360 will red ring again.

I just pray to God when Microsoft does make their new console

Grrr... this was my annoyance with Empire Total War. There's a whole forum for people who can't finish the game. Not play the game.. it played fine; but finish it...

Pushing stuff out the door too early is becoming an increasing problem in a more competitive market. This needs sorted dammit.

yeah when he first got there he was so cocky so i said id play him one on one and 2 v2 with one of my friends and he accepted my friend request after 4 hour of us totally dominating him in every way and not being mean just joking around haveing fun he took me off his friends list and started bad mouthing me on HWF
