I agree with him on some political issues, but when he starts talking religion, I just want to break his legs and arms, leave him in the desert, and see if he suddenly has a moment of light.

Id rather them just get food for being nice people, instead of getting food then pushing a religion on them they don't want and making them get rid of whatever religion they already follow.
