For $800? Pretty good buy. I've found backlight keyboards to be invaluable, though. That would be my only problem with it.

Really, the only drawback is an extra $5 to the cost and a slightly slower HD... which doesn't really influence gaming very much. It slows instal times and might make MS Word open documents a milisecond slower, but it's worth having a better processor and more memory.

Don't get me wrong. It's still a great deal. I just found the other one a while ago on here and I haven't seen any better values for a gaming computer since.

No need to get upset Maeve, he was just pointing out that there is a place to request computer help already. But from what I know it could be a bad battery or a bad charger. But those are obvious answers so you've probably already thought of that.

Called them, wanted me to send the entire unit l back instead of just the power cord. Tried calling Newegg and guess what? FUCKING CLOSED!!!

Well then you might need to send the entire unit back. If you have an Ipod or a cell phone that wasnt made before 2003 then you can access the internet through there.
