Wow. There are few large cities in the world that have had less impact on the world than Dublin. It has no global significance, no critical geographic positioning, and little to none real influence in modern world-wide politics. The city has relatively low genetic diversity, mostly representing a single nation instead of humanity. Rome or New York would be far better choices than Dublin. In fact, the only cities suggested here that would be worse than Dublin are the ones Ruski suggested.

I'm not even close to a ginger. I picked Dublin because I'm irish. Berlin I cause could. And New York City because the U.N. main HQ is located there.

The ironic thing is that you were telling Ruski that his choice was dumb, but then included a dumb choice within your ultimatum. Anyway, all of this doesn't matter, because either Berlin or Bern will be the world capital.

Also Dubai is in crippling economic debt. That's what you get for building a bunch of ridiculous stuff that won't really make much money.

Panama City. It's location is very good.\

Think about it. It has access to the world's two largest oceans. It has the capability to receive shipments from all areas in the globe with ease. It has the best possibility with all sea-faring traffic as well, due to the routes that link the two great oceans. Military units would be able to defend this area with ease as well.
