Well qwerty, emergency systems are generaly powered by a seperate power system, batteries, or individual generators. That's most likely what's keeping this place filled with oxygen and still aflote, even after just an hour.

*starts firing on the infection forms*

Civ, when I said no power, I meant, NO POWER. As for the "ship staying afloat", as you put it, the ship is well out of range of the planets gravity well. And I've already explained why there is still oxygen.

*thermal detonator explodes, vaporizing the infection forms and zombies, and singes everyone's armor*
