Well, from what i remember from nates APC was: (im also throwing a few other things in there)

Heavy armor plating to withstand RPG rounds and light tank rounds
camo netting/ radar jammer to avoid incoming air strikes
A computer with teams vitals, status, ammo counts and so on
A deployable UAV?
3 heavy turrets with AP rounds
9 seats (counting driver and passengers)
Beds (dont know how many i assume 4)
Main back door hatch
top hatch, and bottom hatch
nate will probably have stuff to say about it too

The Tx-104 Is a fully automatic laser rifle used in most NAC engagments, skirmishes and is standard issue NAC rifle.

unlike previous models the Tx is not prone to malfuntion or misfires and only suffers from overheating.

The TX can Fire as fast as the user can pull the trigger. Or if the mode is change as long as the power supply holds.

The high intestity laser it fires can melt through most infantry armor with easy. This laser to prevent overheating fires a .0001 second burst of energy into the battlefeild witch propels superheated air molecules into the target with roughly the same force of a .50 cal round and twice the speed.
This has a range of roughly a quarter mile with a 90% accuracy, after a half a mile the projectile has cooled down so much that it harmless

When firing in a continuous beam the weapon can fire as long as the power supply holds. In special cases the Tx power supply can be modified to connect to a type 7 nuclear power cell with eliminates the need to reload. The range for automatic fire can hit targets miles away under perfect or vacum conditions. On a battlefeild however there is no way to determine how far the laser will go in a wartorn atmosphere. Advisors suggest using this feature in close to medium combat only, the beam is simply to unreliable to be used as a sniper weapon.

The Ammunition used by the TX are Individual power cells that must be replaced. There is roughly 30 power cells in a TX-104 ammunition magazine witch translate to roughly 60 shots without the need to reload. If on automatic fire it will roughly take 10 seconds for all the power to be expended.

The TX can receive several attachments An intergrated scope is included in the basic model design. Right below the end of the barrel is a hard point for either miniature flamethrowers, Kinetic Bayonete's or Grenade launchers.

Despite this the Tx still suffers from some drawbacks. Mainly it is prone to overheat when not given the time to let the barrel cool. Earlier models of the Tx have suffered from misfires and have actually caught fire when attempting to fire. The current model in exchange for making the weapon safer for soldiers to use is now dependant on power cells instead of being able to be connected to a minature fission battery.

Energy Garrot is a covenant stealth weapon. Two small cylinders that can be held, when the cylinders split, a green link of energy can be used to chocke/ burn enemies stealthily.

And why not the Hard Sound Rifle Sad

Its not overpowered.
