Did Bethesda release a free download(like Marathon w/ Bungie) because I can't find anyone selling either game and I don't want to pirate it.

I believe daggerfall is free on the Bethesda site if you want to satisfy a craving for Old style rpgs for free.

Hardly copy and paste when they usually add a heap of nice features, refine whatever interface they are working with and give the work a deeper sometimes darker story. In other words, what most people look for in a sequel.
