Tanks can knock down safe room doors O.O

i was playing L4D with Ma Master Jake and the following happened

Jake: RUN AWAY

we ran to the safe room door on the subway level due to a tank being right behind us

Jake stood by the door and laughed at the tank and watched it
run around in circles

thats when it happened the tank threw a concrete slab at the door and it dissapeared. I continues to look at the door in shock while continually saying "DUDE THE DOOR IS GONE!" The tank continued to run up and corner us while the other two team mates screamed histerically. then we all dies =9.

same thing happened to me....but instead the tank came to todoor and just smashed it open...i just happenened to be standing next to the door when he hit it and i was downed he killed me while my other teammates tirelessly shot at it when he killed me i watched laughingly as my teammates ran into the room trying to hide. but the tank came in blocking the door and slaughtered them.

on the subway level the part right before we jump down


I got hit by an above tounge dude, hung in mid air by the tounge, dangled in fire, threw up on by the boomer, hit like a pinata by the horde attracted by the vomit, then hit by the hunter while it pummled me, removing me organs.

Alst the while on fire.

I was with johnathan and me and him like to put emotion in it


So I get downed and a tank comes out with the horde around him

I start screaming help

then johnathan come in like a hero and throws a pipe and shoots the tank

I go yes we made it

then he is pounced on by a hunter and it was funny to see

basically its an epic game lol

one time, to see what would happen (since she was blocking the way) I threw a molotov at the witch and ran away and she caught on fire and chased and killed me whiel my teammates laughed at me.

its always fun, when the witch is near a required path, to get her snarling and shit and get out of the range, and watch as a teammate walks in and she goes over the edge and kills them and not help them at all

IS that picture of Zoey from the Death Toll poster? She looks all fat in it for some reason...

idk...but the new screens of the map look WAY better than in that video, cause that video was in the HL2 SDK, and the new screens are in-game L4D. the lighting is AMAZING as there are way more props and such.

hmm....me thinks I'm gonna get texturing practice by reskinning the L4D characters lol

Valve doesn't do much DLC stuff.

It's mostly a modders world. And Valve knows that. Half Life (original) sold more copies in its third year of release than the first. Why? Because Counterstrike (mod) was released.

MY group was stuck on that part (advanced difficulty) for quite a while as well. Then we decided to, as a joke, hold it out in the closet..... it worked

yea we played on advanced to(just me and my brother)



Soon as the helicopter came we started sprinting for the helicopter, and a hunter pinned me.

T-bone turned around to help me and I yelled "GET TO THE CHOPPA"

Yeah, those last minute rushes make for some great moments. Nothing beats seeing two of your friends getting pinned down by tens of zombies and just yelling "Leave them behind! We can't save them!"
