Yeah. You could walk down the street, look at Micky D's, and see the prices of the day. Look at a billboard, and see up-to-date news bites.

Not much on the Matrix total-immersion front though.

Humans are no more evolved than any other creature. We are quite suited to our environment, as other animals are well adapted to theirs.

More like humans are the only species on earth to CHANGE our environment in order to suit (sp?) our needs.

Don't know about problem. We've got a few around here, but there's no major streams for them to disrupt.

not only, its not even one of the few, lots of animals change their ecosystems.

Beavers happen to have the highest impact on said ecosystem aside from humans.

Humans are powerful, but saying that the Earth is our bitch is a overstatement, a large one at that.

The Earth has the power to wipe us of the face of it. We are the Earths bitch.

Nature > Technology > Humans

Technology will outlast humans, but nature will always prevail, it is absolute.
