I liked Pokemon, but i'd still not concider it a proper amine because it's more of a kids cartoon. I've never watched Full Metal Alchemist or many other for that matter, but Escaflowne is one of my favourite things that used to be on tv.

If dud would actually take the time to watch some of the really great, critically acclaimed animes... like SPIRITED AWAY, or, my personal favorite, Full Metal Alchemist... then I might just take his opinion seriously.

You seem to have either no recollection of our hour long argument or you simply want me to look bad.

As I have told you before, I have seen countless animes. Both my dad and my brother in law are OBSESSED with anime and I have watched more anime with them than I care to admit. Normally I do not remember the titles, but I know for a fact that I have watched Howls Moving Castle, several episodes of Full Metal Alchemist, many episodes of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, Gundam, Transformers, and MANY other's that I never actually learned the names of.

I despise anime. I simply do. It is painful to watch and extremely annoying, I have not seen a SINGLE exception.

if they want to do the halo movie right, it HAS to be all new actors, aside from maybe cameo roles. purely because the bureaucracy involved with established actors will get the premise changed.

but i'm sure Fox is pissed now, since Niel and Peter Jackson can make kick ass movies. and it was the fact that Peter Jackson chose Niel to direct that made them pull out of backing the Halo movie.

plus, as the rumors go, the newest Halo Movie script told the story of a marine involved in the battle of installation 04 and was not centered around the master chief.

this was a great decision since a good movie has to have you attached to the characters, and you can't be attached to a guy whose face you never see.
