I fought my way up to first Ill have to say marine is the funnest to play as, a heightened sense of fear since your always on edge. The dark as shit map just increases that. Its fun being afraid, but its also fun kill three aliens with a shotty without dieing

I'm gonna have to disgree with you there. I find it pretty balanced. When it comes to visions and stuff like that. Because while the alien does have that vision where he can see other players (when you get close enough that is) The predator has heat vision and alien vision. Yeah the aliens vision can see through walls but it is only when you get close enough. And even when you do, Marines have the sensor which tell everything. And Marinies can actually do pretty well in close-combat. Using their melee is very helpfull because it locks in on them and sometimes helps you dodge enemy attacks. I say this from experience.

The species are pretty balanced, marines have a lot of firepower if they get close to a good weapon like a shotgun or get grenades for the pulse rifle, Aliens have speed, the vision and some good quick attacks, predators are a mix of both, while not having as much firepower as humans but still having the ability for useful melee combat and a good vision but still not as great as the aliens. I haven't seen the marine's melee used as much, so I cant tell if the melee is any good, but when the marines recoil they can blast the shit out of you.


The only thing I can see being annoying or a real issue is the trophy kill. Because it's too easy to do. People will just wait to use that one on you. And when you do use it, other players will do it to you while you in the middle of doing it to another player. That's the one thing I can see so far that needs some polish. Otherwise, I love it.

I only use the trophy kills on rare occasions, usually when im chasing down a alien that I cant quite catch with the normal lunge or quick attacks. I barely ever use it, it locks up and makes you a easy target. I've seen a train of like four people grab(Trophy kill) attacking each other I was last one in the train

You know your not suppost to be working together like that. I mean there's nothing stopping you but its Deathmatch, not team deathmatch/species deathmatch. It's everyone against everyone. Try not to do that it makes people quit and gives the game a bad rep you know?

Well rock, it wasn't my original plan, but the other predator was in their party and told me that they would team up, me and the marine guy where like "shit", so he offered to team up and I accepted.

But I was able to use it anyway, pretty sweet to bitch slap an Alien with your wrist blades then throw a spear in his face
