*everyone spawn 100 ft. up in the air with all of the stuff from the previous scenario gone; those of them who aren't brain-dead will realize that they aren't falling; they are all wearing Goku-ish style clothes; noc is human (why I didn't do this at the begining amazes me); the land below is covered in rocky outcropings and low hills; this pattern stretchs on for what seems like forever, even at their altitude*

Now that that's out of the way, let me outline this scenario:

You all have every attack ever seen in DBZ, except for planet killer-moves, fusion, instant-transmission, the spirit bomb, and any villan-specific powers (exa., no turning people into candy). It's a free-for-all, and you all have infinite lives; go nuts. I will, from time-to-time, drop in some NPC enemies for you to play with. And no, you cannot use the Dragon Balls.
