Yes. It's on the level Assualt on the Control Room. When you get the Scorpion tank, the canyon right after that, the one where you go down into the tunnels. Above the entrance to the tunnel is a ledge with a Wraith and several trees. The Hovertree is the one (if you're facing the entrance) on the left.
