The average IQ is dropping. Due to the population rising. Doesnt mean were all getting dumber.

Compact the trash.

Paint.

Construct a road.

all the other shit that can be done.

Just because they can't read and aren't the smartest people doesn't mean that they shouldn't work.

So, put them to work, or just let them starve and die off.
