team project, I am layout and lead efx animator. currently I am the only person other than the director allowed to do any animation on the film

Do you have a good group of people to work with or do you sometimes make this face: -_-

Back in my Graphics and Commercial Art class, we had a few of team projects and I got to experience this group: =D and this group: T_T

Of course, making an animated movie is going to be pretty different then graphics, music videos, t-shirts, ads, shoe designs and the school yearbook etc. I imagine pretty different sort of headache.
