They normally just name planets off of the star they orbit, like the most earth like planets before were Gliese 581 C, and Gliese 581 D if I remember correctly, but none of them are really earth like, but are in thier stars relative "Goldilocks" zone, so the possibility of terraforming is always open, as it is for "Reach".
But what if we get there and there are Na'Vi living on it? would we have to rename it?
