20,000 Computers in South Korea are supposed to...
Self destruct. Just heard it on the news and by "self destruct" I mean that the data on the computers are supposed to be erased not that the machines themselves are gonna go boom or anything. I smell a war in the distant future. With the cyber attacks and threats of firing nuclear warheads at people, I'd be surprised if there WASN'T a war against North Korea.
So long as North Korea doesn't fuck with Blizzard Entertainment.....

They are so obsessed with it because it probably rakes in loads of cash. And aren't the "World Cyber Games" thing hosted in South Korea or something?

Well, maybe because it's more tactical than Halo or football, and it's fun to watch...Kasrkin Seath wrote:false or not, I find South Koreas obsession with Starcraft Sad and Disturbing

All Halo takes is knowledge of how to run straight at your opponent while holding the right trigger, then hitting B right at the last second.

Are you embittered by people in halo better than you? Look you don't have to be so cynical about the game. If you don't play with AR variants where the reticle makes up half the damn screen , it's more than just running and gunning. Theres map positioning, Nade angles, Spawn Trapping, Team shooting, Weapon cycles, Callouts, ect. You'd be surprised at the depth this game offers at a high level of play. By the way i highly doubt the existence of this forum if it were not halo...

More like I'm embittered by how BAD people are at halo. Every game its the same thing with the bloody AR starts, they run straight at me, and I back peddle and use my trusty carbine to drop them in seconds. The only challenge comes from custom games and those "pro" players.

And only about 1/3 of the Halo population uses these.

Depth....lol. And the forum has evolved a lot since Halo
Obvious Halo fanboy is obvious. Now then, drop the Halo talk.

there were RTS's before Starcraft that defined the genre. Starcraft just got real close to perfecting it

well i dont think it was really in need of anything. well except that the map editor needed to be more user friendly but otherwise starcraft had it right.
