I mean think about it.
When the plane' tires blew out some luggage fell on his head.
When asked all he said was that his head hurt.
At home he told his wife that his head hurt and he was getting sleepy, so he took a nap.
He then died in his sleep.

When the plane' tires blew out some luggage fell on his head.
When asked all he said was that his head hurt.
At home he told his wife that his head hurt and he was getting sleepy, so he took a nap.
He then died in his sleep.

Not really a matter of evidence or not, it just didn't happen

if luggage did fall on his head then he could have died from a broken blood vessel in his brain...
the blood would have pooled up until he pretty much died...

that would be a logical cause of death...
not saying it actually happened...

I dont think luggage fell on him, but the plastic swing out thing that covers the luggage hit him in the head.

It could have hit in a lethal way. Or maybe it just brought on an anermirisism(sp).
