The studio is Robot entertainment. I've known this for a while, as it was announced about a week ago. They're officially working on Halo Wars DLC.

Bull. They still think it's perfect, why should they change?

And yes, the name is stupid. It's quite unlike Halo Wars. Whereas Halo Wars shows a strange breed of creativity geared towards destroying a franchise down to it's foundations, Robot Entertainment seems... devoid of any inspiration whatsoever.
