can't join chatbox

Every time I join ( i only have the option "join chat" when using google chrome) It just says "you are disconnected." I can see people talking but I cannot type. Am I banned or something?

when you're banned you don't see the chatbox at all.

probably something wrong with your browser, just try again later or restart your computer.

I can't see the chatbox...
I saw it at first, but that tab suddenly froze up. I had to end IE as it was non-responsive. Upon reentering the site and logging in, the chatbox was gone. Am I banned?

ok... REALLY? I Still cannot get into chatbox. I've tried IE, Mozilla and Chrome.

Chrome is the only one that actually opens the chatbox window, but once in, it just says I've been disconnected. Are we sure I've not been banned LP?

have you tried pressing the log in button?
typing something?
checking the auto refresh button?
not being "banned"?
