They blew their load to early with the Wii-U and with it's not-so-ideal sales they've got nothing to announce and will not be having any kind of large presence such as they've had at past events.

Microsoft and Sony will run the show along with other Developers projects and maybe some surprises?

Sudden announcement of the "Steam Box" that comes preinstalled with Half Life 3, Left 4 Dead 3, Team Fortress 3, and Portal 3.



Valve would make so much money they'd come out the other end and become bankrupt.
