Venus Transit
A little late, but here's a video I took of the Venus transiting the sun back in June:
When I get back home for Christmas break, I'll try and get some footage of Jupiter and it's moons.

I used a Baader to record the transit, so it depends on what color the sun is from where your recording. So if the sun is red looking, your recording will look more warm colored.
As for the North Pole of Saturn, I think Cassini takes black and white photos because they can be higher resolution, and there's probably not a whole lot of color to begin with.
