the missile was probably cheaper than half a million.

and he was a US citizen and there was no trial. But generally, in terms of warfighting, a trial wasn't necessary.

Huh. I saw another article that said he was killed in the US...

I swore this was the same one. Nvm then.

But anyways, there was no trial. That's what sets us apart from them.

There wasn't a trial for Osama, other major opposition leaders, or most of the actual insurgents and terrorists killed in the field.

Point is, if the government decides they don't like you they can label you a terrorist and kill you under the Patriot act. And if they kill you, EVEN IF YOU AREN'T a terrorist, no one can find out, because you are denied the right to a fair and speedy trial.

Yes because chances are this American born but of middle eastern decent Muslim who has actively given support to Al Qaeda, has recruited individuals into terrorist organizations, helped PLAN terrorist activities, convinced an American soldier to go postal in his base and murder/injure over a dozen innocent soldiers on american soil, moved into Yemen (concentration of Terrorists there), and was inside a Terrorist compound was probably innocent and in no ways a terrorist.
