Picked it up, and it is definitely up to par with Rockstars games, and is very unique in that you're a cop, with investigation as a major component.
And, like many many games seem to be doing, there's a healthy dose of Marine Corps indoctrination to top it off.

I have it and I'm enjoying it a lot. Rockstar really knows how to make a story and has learned from it, a la Red Dead Redemption.
