That's against AI.
Hoppip notorious for high physical attack. Return is a physical attack move.

I used the Clone Glitch in Silver/Gold/Crystal.

Just put a pokemon in box and turn off while transferring or something and you'd have two.

Worked awesome if you gave em the EXP Share item or whatever it was called. Everytime I fought my entire team got experience lol.
