I'll join, on the account that we make things simpler, the current system is way too confusing.
Just make the ranks like Ang said and give them out according to skill level.
All this officers crap is just going to be annoying and overly complicated.
Simpler is better, trust me.

Sure. I thought about this when I looked at the clan tag. I felt like joining another clan but I knew that if the TFC made a clan i would be crushed between the two.

I'd keep it like this:Lord

Seniors

Minions
Simple and effective. Plus, this is basically how TCF works. We're a TCF clan, we should copy it.
We're starting off with 3 Barons. They choose a Knight. The Knight chooses a Squire. The rest go to Sparks.

The Baron's aren't really picked for skill. Although it helps. They primarily run things. The Knights and Squires are like sponsors.

So they're basically Nobles? Selected for their birth (not really in this case, but still) rather than any other merit?

So let me get this right.
The barons are basicaly meaningless roles (as Pheonix usually runs things)
And how are knights and squires sponsors? from what I understand knights and squires are just for show. And sparks could potentially be the most skilled players in the clan...
Thats all i got from the current set up

Re: TCF clan for Xbox Live
That's 10 people with special roles right there, and that's not even including all the officers, senior minions, and pseudo-officers. Just use the TCF's system, it's simpler and it works.

Pheonix doesn't really run things. He just approves shit. He's really only the leader because of the TCF label.

This clan will be big, were going to need a good ranking system. Minions, senior minions, and Lords dont just cut it.XNate02 wrote:Offensive Bias wrote:The Baron's aren't really picked for skill. Although it helps. They primarily run things. The Knights and Squires are like sponsors.

Re: TCF clan for Xbox Live
listen up tards
the officer, psuedo officer and so on labels are the categories everything is broken up into
Each Baron heads specific games... the knight acts as their right hand man and should show skill with the specific games that the baron uses AND be able to lead the other members.
The squire, which acts as the left hand man, would be implemented should there be enough clan members.
The three lower designations ARE Minions, but broken up into three ranks based on skill, time in clan and so on. Honored Minions are those that are not seen fit to advance to a place of power(for some reason or another) but have been in for a long time or are very good at a game.
If someone is in the clan, really good at a game but absolutely sucks at co-ordinating others, and is not very moderate, you wouldn't want them running the show would you? Maybe somone just sucks really bad but has been in for a long time.

I agree we are going to need a simple ranking system (which is always good)
Woah Deja vu, I remember our last clan leader saying we were going to get big too , too bad that clan fell apart and died..... oh well its not like we should be learning from past events or anything
