BFCast
You may have heard of it, but probably not. It got mentions at a handful of Battlefield sites, such as Planet Battlefield, but it is widely popular quite yet.
BFCast is a podcast about the Battlefield franchise and it's developer, DICE. It is primarily comprised of commentary by hosts Aaron and Brandon (I wonder where I know that name from?) concerning recent releases, as well as interviews with DICE employees.
Aren't a lot of episodes out yet, but they've already interviewed DICE Associate Producer Gordon Van Dyke, who is currently working on Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
I'd appreciate if you lot would spread the word.

Re: BFCast
Is it similar to the Command and conquer battlecasts?
As those were pretty good, even if the games they were piddling weren't so much.

Didn't really care for BC. It was funny and all, but I found the combat lacking and multiplayer extremely agravating.
But, what the hey. I'll tell my friends who enjoy battlefied BC about this.

Re: BFCast
Most people didn't like Bad Company because it wasn't a real Battlefield game. Bad Company 2 is supposed to rectify this. But we didn't spend the whole interview talking about Bad Company 2. In fact, we generally didn't talk much about new games, as Van Dyke didn't want to reveal any details about projects he wasn't directly part of. We spent most of the time talking about older Battlefield games and their updates.
Re: BFCast
I love BC, cause it was funny, and multiplayer was epic, and Frostbite is the shit.
I jsut remember times running around as a sniper in the demo, and then a tank would figure out where i am and the building aroudn me woudl start just exploding lol
or tanks smashing through the walls of the building i'm in

Re: BFCast
Uh, I had and still have BF 1942 I don't know how, (I think one of my brothers must have bought it around when it came out) but it was Awesome.
Probably one of my favorite PC games at the time, although I never played much PC back then. It was one of the few PC games I had along with Sims & AOE/M, I was still playing mostly PS1.
My favourite maps were probably Omaha Beach, Wake Island & Another map which I cannot remember the name of.

Re: BFCast
Battlefield Vietnam was my first real PC FPS, and marked the end of my life as a Console Gamer and the beginning as a PC Gamer.
