Right now, a virus, actually, two viruses, are destroying my computer. One is disguised as Windows System Security, the other is AntiSpyWare 2010. By some miracle, internet is working, but my real anti-virus is not, as well as Add and Remove Programs.

Any help?

lol, i was (somehow) able to activate my Symantec Anti-Virus, which just deleted 1076 infected files.

Get malaware bytes. Last time I got a virus from porn, I had to use it to remove a fake antivirus thing.

I've never had 'virus' trouble on any computer that didn't have symantec (norton).

Hell, i had no antivirus on my computer for over a year, and i'm a pirate and I had zero issues. Now I have AVG free and i never do any virus scans.

Want some real help? You won't find it here. I know a guy that does his own virus repair business, though. Only $60, which is a lot cheaper than buying a new harddrive or whole new computer. Send an e-mail to lilt2gor@hotmail.com and describe your problem. Tell him CivBase sent ya. It's more than worth the money.
