The Dungeon Master & Grand Inquisitor of Zork: Grand Inquisitor. And most of the other characters, especially the guy who guards Hades and Grues in general.

Aeris + Sephiroth + All the FF7 characters with lines. Mainly these. I think they're the only vidya characters I've properly cared about. Also Cloud and Tifa, of course.

Most of the Half Life blokes and blokettes.

What's his name from GTA3's Chatterbox. Lazlo something.

I've only played KOTOR II so I don't know all that much about the first one, but I picked Kreia because of how much of a wise character she was. Sure she tried to kill herself killing you and destroy the force, but she is one of my faveorite characters.

But yeah I have to agree. Especially about Marcus Phoenix. That guy could be copy pasted into any number of gritty space marine-esque FPSs without making too much of an impact.
