step one - Go to tools and go to security while online, block the pronz sites and then set a password
(on internet explorer its int he top right quadrant of the screen under Tools/Internet Options/Security/Restricted Sites ----- Set the restricted sites and set a security password)

step two - GO get AVG free, best damn virus protection you can get

step three - yell at the fucker and beat the shit outta him

step four - download hijackthis, run it, and save a log. Then copy the log and PM it to me. I'll get you some help with any viruses you currently have.
