Assistance Urgently Needed!

Well, I got my console back from the shop (well not actualy my console but a replacement one), and one of the leaflets that came with it said that I'd have to re-download any DLC I had had on my old console if I wanted to use it on any account other than the one that downloaded it.

I did just that. Thing is, it didn't work. The other accounts still can't access the DLC (btw the DLC in question is the Halo 3 Heroic Map Pack, Legendary Map Pack, and Cold Storage).

I e-mailed Xbox customer support, and they told me to call phone support. I'd rather avoid that (anyone who has used it will know why). Anyone have any helpful idea's?

Have you tried doing a barrel roll?

Yah, call phone support. I know it sucks, but it doesn't seem like you're left with much more of a choice.
