Testing my cameras, don't seem to have any good ones lying around....
Quality of what I upload may not be the best.

Re: TBA February 26th (N64 Portable)
Alright people, here's the moment you have all been waiting for.
The moment that has kept you at the edge of your seat for weeks.
The moment that has made you wet in anticipation.
I, Lord Tiberius Pheonix, shall be using my vast intellect and centuries of knowledge to take a Nintentdo 64 (hailed by some to be the greatest video gaming machine known to man and beast) and turning it into a handheld system.
In my excitement of studying and the parts slowly arriving I told a few of you that I like (and Elab) of my plans. And some of you were in the chatboxes while I was telling the people I liked about it (Elab).
This has been done quite a number of times in the modding circles and I have read extensively how to do so myself. All of the parts have finally arrived (hence the month out date I had put to give myself time) and I will soon begin.
I will be uploading updates as I progress with the system and either today or tomorrow upload the pictures of either my equipment, the various parts, the case, or any or all of the above. My final goal (other than to have a fully functional portable N64) is to be able to take everything I upload on this forum and make it into a tutorial so anyone who wanted to make their own could follow it and make their own. If I can do this than it means that 1: It is completely possible on a low budget because I do shit cheap as fuck and 2: It's quite easy as I have not done a project like this before.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Also I haven't thought of a name for it yet. If you all want to throw some out i'm listening. I'd prefer "64" to be in the name but it's not a must. For reference before pictures of the case are out it's going to be rather large to give a beginner like me breathing room and it's going to be rectangular and black.

Re: TBA February 26th (N64 Portable)
I would if I wasn't going to make it black and not red.
If I took it apart once it's done and put it into a new red case I would call it Pheonix though. Being reborn and all that shit lol.

Re: TBA February 26th (N64 Portable)
This sounds like a wonderful idea, and when you're done, I will certainly be interested to watch these tutorials. All I'll need is a second N64, because Pheonix knows I'm not gutting my original N64, just in case I fuck up.
Re: TBA February 26th (N64 Portable)
You can get them relatively cheap on ebay if you keep an eye out.
I bought a PS1 and N64 bundled together for 20 bucks. No power cords or video cords for either but you don't need them to make the portable.
My cameras aren't the best so if I can't get them to look as good as I want I will either re-do them in the future or just link a shit ton of the tutorials i'm using to build mine.
