I tried it earlier and just now and it says that new members are disabled by founder, which sounds like it isn't allowing applications.

Ha Ha Funny story, Apparently the EA account i've been using for years (Mainly for the PC) is different than the one i have linked to my GamerTag. Took Ea about Half an hour to finally let me know if they were or weren't, I fucking Hate Origin. Hardy Har you can change the word G.O.D. to be a Acronym for Lord Pheonix =P
I got it working though.
