UPDATE:
Insurance says the car is totaled. Right now, insurance is taking care of everything. I don't have to worry about it, I just have to keep paying car insurance and loans on the vehicle. Also figured out that it wasn't the girl's car and I guess the people that own the car are going to sue the girl for theft.

My mom and I plan on taking her to court but it's not official yet. I'm just worried about taking care of my grades. Being 18 and in high school really kinda sucks when something like this happens. But you become more sensitive to retarded people out there like the ones that start crossing the white/yellow lines and they don't even realize it and you're all like, "WTF DUDE!? Stay on your side!"

But yeah...Insurance is taking care of it, my mom and Sam are going to get someone to fix up the Escort that broke down last summer (which was why I got the Hyundai in the FIRST place) and I'm going to drive that. It'll be under my mom's name but I'm the driver. So no more car loans...just need to help her pay for insurance and the works. So no more stress. Just wish my neck would stop hurting. >.<

I didn't find any responses out of line. NT tried to be a dick and make Maeve look stupid, the rest of us pointed out that he was stupid, and we moved on. Pointing out that NT was wrong isn't really jumping on him. Especially when he is being a dick in a thread about someone who could have been seriously injured. NT has a history of being tasteless and offensive, but I don't think any response here was overreacting to his obvious trolling.
