I suggest that we make the walls of the structure of 2 foot thick reinforced concrete

with bullet proof vests lineing the inside and a 2nd wall made of Grade A Armor Plate striped from UNSC Destroyers...or mabe just the first wall...

Yea, 'cause a vest is really gonna protect the wall, especially if it's on the inside.
