Halo Legends the DVD
As you all may or may not be aware (you should be, as the commercial is always on) the DVD for Halo Legends will be available for purchase Tuesday (February 16th). Just out of curiosity, does anyone plan on buying this? I would, but I don't have that much money, and I'm saving it for Reach.
How bout you guys?
How bout you guys?

Why would I buy it when it's all on Youtube for free? HD fail isn't worth my money.

I have a low tolerance for stupidity. Watching Halo Legends pains me as much as watching the commercials for Borat or Bruno.Felix wrote:CivBase wrote:Why would I buy it when it's all on Youtube for free? HD fail isn't worth my money.

Why the HELL would I spend money to inflict pain upon myself?

Because it somewhat entertaining to watch I guess.
Also pain is fun sometimes.

Re: Halo Legends the DVD
There wasn't a single positive trait among any of the episodes that would justify being entertained by this abomination of media. Consequentially, any individual who pays money and supports this cruel joke is an insult to humanity as a species.

Chris Gore rated the movie as a Rent. I was dissapointed with AOTS...

Re: Halo Legends the DVD
Halo Legends was like extreme Chinese water torture.
I was painful enough watching the ones I saw for free, why would I pay for it?
If I'm that curious I'll just look on youtube.

There isn't an episode with that acronym.

Eh, the Japanese have more... to the point... ways of torturing you.Vigil wrote:Halo Legends was like extreme Chinese water torture.

Staking you over bamboo plants so they grow through you, ripping your fingernails off with bamboo sticks, beating you over the back with fresh bamboo boughs, tying your thumbs to a branch of a bamboo tree so that, as it grows, you're hoisted by your thumbs and forced to assume an agonizing position to avoid having your thumbs torn off, gluing your hair to a bamboo poll and rotating/raising/twisting it, suspending a thick bamboo log from the rafters and using it as a battering ram against your stomach, chest, and head...
Funnily enough, it's almost all with bamboo. I've never been able to figure out why...

I think the only one you missed that I know of is hammering nails into the joints of your fingers.
