I agree with their decision to euthanize the dog. Pitbulls are an aggressive breed. Yeah you can train them to be obedient but when you have a dog that receives no training and only abuse, that causes problems in the dogs personality. This dog would have caused harm to other people and other dogs, and with the overpopulation of pets we have in America its not the risk.

It would have taken years to condition this dog to even stand human involvement. Making it a working part of a dog community or a family would have been way to risky.

With his aggression issues he would have been isolated at any pet sanctuary it went to and during the training process could harm countless victims.

Don't get me wrong, I love animals but there is a time where there is nothing you can do for them and you have to think about what type of life the pet would have otherwise.

Noc you dipshit, they had to kill it. It was probably in a fuck load of pain after falling that far, it was the best option.

The euthanized the dog because he was aggressive, not because of the building fall.

They fixed him up after the fall and tried to train him but he was unpredictably aggressive. Which means at any moment he would want to tear your face off. Honestly if that dog attacked a kid everyone would be blaming the ASPCA for not euthanizing it.

it had a quick death and there was a reason behind the euthanizing...

therefor its not really sad...
