Where The Wild Things Are
I saw the movie last night. And It's a really great movie.
A review'er I read said the perfect thing about the movie. "It's a movie about children and childhood rather then for children."
And I could'nt Agree more. The movie sends a really deep and complex message. Which to me is too deep for small children to understand completly.
Overall the movie just works. I recommend anyone to see it.

Don't patronise.
Sure the first thing I thought off wasn't the Grinch, as I saw more similarities with the Chronicles of Narnia than anything else.
I doubt I would go to the cinema to see this. Probably rent it on DVD or wait until it gets a TV premiere here.

Do what I want.
Anyways, Like I said, Wild things tells a really complex message about childhood, so yeah it does get pretty sad at moments but depressing is not really the right word. It is very sad at times that is true. But for the story it's going for, it fits.

I want to see this. I'm afraid of the sadness in the theater. So i'll wait for dvd.
