The point of church and stuff is that those buildings are an excellent cover for some of our more sinister operations

we stockpile weapons (bought with the tithes of course) in the storage rooms, and train ourselves for the upcoming storm during "small-group" time

Youth groups are recruitment centers

the services and religion are a mere front for the inexorable rise of a New World Order
