well i got the shit beat out of me today by a bunch of kids from school and they fucked up my wrist really bad so i may not be able to do as much but i should be fine

Well, the difference would be that TWO MEN beat up a girl... and yes... that is deserving of a trial.

There's a difference between assault and a fight.

usually in a fight, no one calls the police, and no one dies.

In an assault, someone is just beating the crap out of someone without the other person's consent.

Best thing I'd say to do is to talk to someone (you trust and can actually help you), like you suggested, if you dont want to go to court thats fine i suppose, but something needs to be done about that, cause thats BS its people like that, that remind me of what our generation has to look forward too: A bunch of inbred idiots attempting to run society whilst keeping the blood line "in the family"... moronic hicks

well, seeing as how we've clearly gone over the whole court ordeal, I don't think retaliation is the best approach, because you fight back and that gives them the possability to charge for assault. Which would make things all the much worse

It wasn't really beat up, i just knocked him down hard, then kicked him once or twice.

I had made one too many fat jokes, or more like 25 too many fat jokes. He weighs 160, i weigh 110. He figured it would be an easy win. He was wrong.
