what is good about it??

i cant stand it and have no idea how people listen to it so i want some reasons because im confused

You have my full agreement. Metal typically consists of loud noise and dry heave sounding vocals. It sickens me that people consider it "music."

My idea is that it gets there mine off whatever they have in there lonely mind and it sounds kick ass while doing it Metal is just good (mostly and depending if you understand it)

Looked at it... I've only heard of 3 or 4 of them, most of which I do not listen to often. I'm not going to say metal is terrible, as everything has an exception most things have exception[s], but I don't typicaly listen to metal, as I find many of its songs mindless and stupid.
