I'm fairly certain that old footage is of Galactic Hope, an expansive total conversion Star Wars mod for Battlefield 1942.

Kotaku claims that it is leaked video from an unannounced LucasArts title, internally referred to as Version Two, that was supposed to become Battlefront 3 before Disney shut them down.

It did look good, even if it was but a mod.
