I'm for classic CE, but some things can be added and tweaked to enhance the game.


If I wanted a pixel by pixel copy i'd just put in my old CE disk.

The engery swords wouldn't be bad, but sentinel beams and fuel-rods would significantly alter the current gameplay. Boarding would do the same. I'm not sure what you mean by weapon swapping, though.

Or turning the tank turret around and driving in reverse so people couldn't kill you. And the built in machinegun was nice also.

Or the ghosts ability to freeze vehicles

Or the banshee's ability to not explode after 2-3 sniper rounds.
